Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna


  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (~30 pieces)
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 box instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups 2% Milk


  • Prepare the Vanilla Pudding according to the box instructions
  • Line the bottom of an 8X8 dish with Nutter Butter Cookies
  • Melt the Peanut Butter (microwave is fine)
  • Drizzle ⅓ of the melted Peanut Butter over the layer of Nutter Butter Cookies
  • Layer on ½ the prepared Vanilla Pudding
  • Layer ½ the Cool Whip over the pudding
  • Top with ½ the chopped Peanut Butter Cups
  • Repeat the Layering!
  • Crush the remaining Nutter Butter Cookies and sprinkle them and the remaining chopped Peanut Butter Cups on top. Drizzle the remaining melted Peanut Butter over top of everything
  • Cover and Refrigerate for ~24 hours to allow the Nutter Butter Cookies to soften
