Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 6 oz. White Chocolate Chips (plus a handful)
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F and Grease an 8X8 pan
- Using a glass bowl, melt the butter with the white chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power and stirring frequently until smooth
- Add the sugar and mix well using a wooden spoon
- Stir in the eggs, salt, and vanilla extract until well mixed
- Stir in the flour until well mixed
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan
- Sprinkle the additional handful of white chocolate chips on top of the prepared batter
- Bake for 28-30 minutes
- Allow to cool until cutting into squares
