Las Vegas

Life is busy. We all carry many titles, and with those titles comes a high number of responsibilities, non-negotiable commitments, and numerous obligations. But how often do we hit the reset button? Or take time to experience life without an alarm, without errands or deadlines, or without the task of crossing things off a never-ending a chore list? When was the last time you said yes on a whim and booked a flight? Said yes to a trip to let loose, be you and enjoy life? And I mean to truly enjoy life.

I recently did just that and escaped to Las Vegas, NV…aka The Sin City! I love this place – it’s a guaranteed good time and a true escape from reality. It was exactly what I needed without realizing I needed it. And the best part is, it came out of nowhere. Isn’t that how all the best trips start? Impromptu trips always lead to the best of times!

What started as a Cowboy town, has grown into America’s playground. Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps, where anything goes, and where secrets stay kept. There’s something there for everyone and it’s always bigger and better simply because it’s in Vegas. Afterall, the over-the-top flashiness is what makes it Vegas.

The Hotels –Each one amazing and distinctive in their own way. Luxury is the best adjective that comes to mind. It would be hard to make a bad decision although there are the favorites that stand out above the rest. And let’s not forget the adorning scent of each. It’s been said, each chooses their own aroma to support their image. Job well done! The hotels are an experience of their own.

The Food – You don’t need to be a foodie to appreciate the options. Las Vegas has every genre of food imaginable and something at every price point. The Strip is home to some of the best dining options you’ll ever experience. From celebrity chef inspired restaurants to gourmet food courts, it’s a food mecca. And it wouldn’t be Vegas without a steakhouse and brunch buffet in each hotel trying to outdo the next. Hello, Caesar’s breakfast buffet…

The Casinos – From sports books, poker rooms, table games, and slot machines as far as the eye can see, you’re guaranteed to get lost in any of the sprawling Las Vegas casinos. Gambling on The Strip is a winning experience regardless of your bet.

The Entertainment –Las Vegas has it all. Choose from comedy, magic, concerts, headliners, or sports. When visiting Vegas, you must make time for a ticket. Grab your front row seat to world class entertainment – I promise you won’t be disappointed. Don’t want to pay for a ticket? Another option is the free entertainment. Every street corner on The Strip has someone performing their best act (musicians, mimes, magicians, dancers, and singers). There’s always something to see in the city of Las Vegas.

The Weather – The sunshine is plentiful year-round. Enough said!

The Nightlife – This is what Vegas is all about! Once the sun goes down, the dance floors light up. Remember, Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps. Get yourself on a guest list to one of the top nightclubs, ultra-lounges, or after-hours party spots. You won’t be disappointed. This is the chance to truly dress to impress.

The Shopping – From upscale retail to outlets and pawn shops, Las Vegas has it all. Just to name a few, the Fashion Show Mall offers over 250 stores, the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is a shopping experience all on its own, and The Shops at Crystals displays over 50 of the finest luxury brands in the world. You can shop til’ you drop in Vegas – spending your winnings is easy!

The Pools – Las Vegas pools are more than your typical lazy day pools – they are an experience! When you’re ready to party but the sun is still shining, head to one of the ultimate pools. Many provide day-club atmospheres with DJs spinning, luxury cabanas, daybeds, and a surplus of refreshing cocktails. Get your bikini ready!

With all the above, what’s not to love about Las Vegas?
Don’t miss a minute of it on your next visit. You can sleep on the flight home.

Every trip better than the last – See you soon Vegas!
