Coffee Bean Bark

Ingredients                        

  • 12 oz. Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 lb. Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
  • 4 oz. White Chocolate

Steps

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt 10 oz. of the Dark Chocolate using the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between each until smooth.
  • Sprinkle the Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans on top.
  • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the White Chocolate using the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between each until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted White Chocolate over the prepared bark.
  • Melt the remaining 2 oz. of Dark Chocolate using the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between each until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted Dark Chocolate over the prepared bark.
  • Place back into the freezer for another 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Break into desired sized pieces.

Serves as many or as few as you like…
